Any quotation we provide is subject to the details stated in that quotation, including its validity period if specified. Pricing and timing may depend on quantity, dimensions, crystal type, artwork, personalization, production requirements, shipping destination, and schedule.

An order is accepted only when Best Crystal Awards confirms acceptance in writing and any stated order requirements have been satisfied. If a separate written proposal, invoice, or order confirmation conflicts with these website terms, the specific written order document will govern that transaction to the extent of the conflict.

3. Design proofs, artwork, and customer materials

Digital proofs are provided to help review a proposed design. You are responsible for carefully checking names, spelling, dates, logos, wording, layout, and other details before approving a proof or authorizing production.

You represent that you own or have permission to use any logo, image, text, trademark, or other material you submit. You grant us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, prepare proofs, communicate with you, and fulfill an order.

Unless separately agreed in writing, submitting a proof request does not transfer ownership of your trademarks, artwork, or other intellectual property to us.

4. Product images and descriptions

Images and examples on the website are illustrative. Crystal is a crafted material, and appearance may vary with lighting, screen settings, dimensions, engraving, and the characteristics of the material. We will use the approved order specifications and proof, where applicable, to guide production.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website descriptions accurate, but errors, omissions, and outdated information may occur. Please confirm important specifications in your written quotation or order confirmation.

5. Pricing, payment, production, and shipping

Applicable prices, payment terms, production estimates, shipping charges, taxes, and delivery arrangements will be provided in the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation for the relevant project. Do not rely on general website content as a final price or delivery promise.

Production begins according to the requirements and approvals stated in the applicable order documents. Estimated production and transit times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed in writing. Shipping may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Any cancellation, revision, refund, replacement, or return terms specific to an order will be stated in the applicable written quotation or order confirmation, subject to applicable law.
